We are doing our best to ensure your parcel will be shipped in 2 days (48 hours) after the payment has been received and your order confirmed. You can choose your preferred transport option upon your order.
No matter the delivery mode you have chosen, we will send you a link to be able to track your parcel online.
Delivery will take upon 2-3 days from the order confirmation for Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco. It can take up to 4 additional days depending on the delivery country.
The announced shipping costs include the preparation and packing along with the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fix, meanwhile the transport ones depend on the weight of your parcel. We therefore recommend you to group together all of your articles in one order. We are not able to group together two orders placed separetely and shipping costs will be applying to each of them. Your parcel is being shipped at your own risk however a particular attention will be given to the fragile articles.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your articles correctly wrapped and protected.
Any parcel returned to Studio Rivié because of a wrong or incomplete postal address will be shipped again at your cost.
Items must be returned by mail in 15 days upon the date of your order delivery, the article must be returned in its original package, new, unworn, unwashed, and with intact and attached labels, at the following address : ABEONA SARL, 3 rue Albéric Magnard, 75116 Paris.
The return is at your expense.

EXCHANGE IF ANY DAMAGE OR DEFAULT
We only exchange the articles if they have a damage or default. In that case please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue. Otherwise, any claim will not be recevable and no return or exchange possible.
However if you live outside EU, taxes and customs will apply.
The articles must be returned new and unworn ; they must have the labels STUDIO RIVIE attached. The returns that are not in line with our policy will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the client.

Once the returned article has been verified, the refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days following its reception in our premises, using the same method of payment as per the client’s order
